Customer had been using a nearby document storage company for many years and ongoing cost of this facility was becoming substantial. The time had come to call on the storage company to extract a number of boxes (70+) and make them available to us for shredding on site.
Obstacles
Our customer did not wish to retain the empty boxes.
Solution
Following the shred we collapsed the boxes and returned them to our depot where they were baled and sent for recycling. There was no extra charge for this service.
